Introduction After meandering through the wines and scenery of Napa, Sonoma, Bordeaux, Montepulciano and Abruzzo, I landed Tokyo, a oenophilic and urban desert. But having recently committed to supporting local produce (after all, Japanese food is some of the world's best), I've had to move beyond my initial preconceptions (e.g. Japanese wine is an oxymoron). This has lead to an imprudent foray into winemaking, and the blog is a chronicle of our adventures and misadventures.
