Introduction	Well, I am a single Christian believer. I was born in Bolivia, and now living in the nicest Belgian town: Ghent, where am part of the VINEYARD GANDA Church. The majority of my time here is devoted to postdoctoral research in the field of consumer science and nutritional epidemiology.
