| Introduction | LUIS F. PINEDA, M.D., P.C. was formed in 1995. Although Dr. Pineda has practiced medicine for twenty plus years we formed the P.C. in this year and moved to our current location. The idea was to create a more personal environment for our patients, to eliminate long waits on hospital elevators and long walks from patient paid parking decks. In 2000 he returned to school for his masters in Health and Science Administration. After completion of his MSHA in 2003 he enrolled in The Culinard Institute with Virginia College and became a Chef. Cooking with Cancer, INC. is a non profit organization founded by Dr. Pineda in 2005. The goal was to combine the art of cooking with his knowledge of medicine to create recipes for patients battling cancer. We are proud of the special group of people that make up our practice.
