Introduction	Both being keen hill walkers and with an ever increasing love for the hillier bits of the UK we decided to put our summer holiday to good use. Having visited the Lake District a number of times the Wainwright guides were a good source on inspiration. Julia Bradburys television programs were the same, especially her Coast to Coast series. A seed of an idea was born and our Coast to Coast challenge this year is the result. We decided that walking nearly 200 miles was a good enough reason to sponsor ourselves!
