Introduction	I am a mom of three great kids. One is a young adult with Asperger's Syndrome. The other two have varying degrees of ADHD (this is pretty common in families). My career has been to work with the developmentally disabled before my daughter was born, and having her confirmed my commitment and my love for the path I have chosen. I’m a high school special education teacher and online tutor. My kids and I live in Hudson Valley, NY with our dog and cat.

Favorite books	Anything Augusten Burroghs writes, The Five People You Meet in Heaven, and I just read Thirteen Reasons, which is similar in theme to that.
