| Introduction | My husband loves to bake. A lot. His "real" job has him working in shipyards all day but when he comes home in the evening, what does he want to do? Bake an apple pie. I decided to start this blog to document the masterpieces he creates in his spare time. The delicious works of art that are making us all fat and will surely do the same to you if you follow his recipes. He's an Emeril follower. And I'm more of Rachael Ray type of gal.
