Introduction	Hi, my name is Debi, I originally created this blog to keep my friend Megan up to date with pictures of my kids/family, but lately it has become a place for me to explore topics and Ideas, mostly core beliefs that I am not sure I believe anymore. My nickname is Dubs because a guy in College kept calling me that - and I liked it. I use the number 2007 because that is the year I first went to "The School for the work" of Byron Katie. It is the year I feel like I finally made a dent into my "issues". I have struggled with Depression, an eating disorder, suicide thoughts and anxiety attacks for as long as I can remember. Currently I Love life, and am learning how to be a good mom to my 4 beautiful daughters and a very handsome sone - and trying to not yell so much. Life is good.

You have to dig a hole to China. Where do you start?

With lunch, call the hardware store for a shovel, go pick up the shovel, pick up the kids from school, make them a snack, clean up, help with homework, get them to clean up their rooms, make dinner, have bathes, get them to bed. sit in the chair wondering how I will ever get that hole dug... put it on the backburner with other progects to do another day while I watch CSI with my husband...
