| Introduction | I have written and edited about management and technology within the U.S. federal government for 30 years. I am director of strategic initiatives for ASI Government, and a fellow of the National Academy of Public Administration. I have an M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies and a B.A. from the University of Michigan in political science. I have served on the NAPA Collaboration Project advisory board and the NAPA Big Game project panel (to create an augmented reality game that engages college students in learning about and acting on the national debt crisis). I speak and write about topics ranging from mulitgenerational issues in the federal workforce and government acquisition transformation to digital disruption to game-based training and mission rehearsal. |
