Introduction	I am an African American Southern woman who after raising two sons single handedly and with the help of God..of course..is embarking on a new journey in the second act of my life. A complete lifestyle change. I expect changing my diet to mostly raw foods is going to have me operating at optimum levels and I welcome that as I have not been for what seems like forever. I look forward to connecting with new people who are also into this raw food lifestyle/journey.I would like to learn new raw food recipes, try new fruits and veggies and get into Yoga.
