Introduction	I am a very proud member of ASK Cowbridge, and am thoroughly enjoying watching our small team develop. As with everyone else in my team I train very hard both in the dojo and elsewhere, constantly pushing to better myself. When I am not training I do my best to relax with my Wife or get out there and party like it's 1999!
