Introduction	I decided on the first day of second grade that I wanted to be a teacher. I taught third grade in Florida for a decade, though I grew up in Texas. I'm married to an Irishman and have three young children. I currently teach in a K-5 STEAM (Science Technology Engineering Arts Math) Lab.
