Introduction	when i started this blog back in 2008 i was living in dayton, ohio and was training to run in the usaf marathon on september 20, 2008. fast forward a year and a half later and a lot has changed! in july of that year, i packed up my life and moved across the country for a fresh start in los angeles, california. training stopped and i never ran the usaf marathon. now that i'm living in beautiful southern california, i find myself hitting the pavement once again...this time training for the la marathon on march 21, 2010! this time around, my blog is going to serve more as a weekly record of my runs rather than a #1 best seller. (sorry folks!) when i find the time or if any runs are worth writing about i'll be sure to indulge you all in a tale or two!
