| Introduction | Ching's is a family owned restaurant specializing in wings of all styles and flavors. Although the actual Getwell location didn't open it's doors until 2001, it was actually 2 years before that, when the owner started to venture into vending food. In 1999, the owner of Ching's sold food out of a concession truck based in the south part of Memphis on South Parkway. That very concession truck has started the journey of the Ching's legacy. With help and support of close family, this restaurant has really taken off!!! *Ching's Facts: Did you know that the name of the restaurant was actually the nickname of the owner's mother??? Well now you know, and that's a Ching's fact! |
