| Introduction | I found KB's almost 5 years ago and got pretty hooked. Right now I am training for teh Oct 210 RKC cert in order to complete a goal for which I thought I would never be ready. Aside from the Bells I also have a love affair with body weight exercises, tire flipping, sledgehammers, and sand bags. My newest mistress is an Olympic bar and some plates. People ask me what I'm training for when they see me at the park in front of my house, I like to reply "... for life." That should about sum it up. |
