Introduction	I am a mother of three beautiful children and work hard every day to be beautiful myself. It is very important for us women to feel our very best every day. So many times we get caught up in the day to day routine of making sure everyone else in our family is happy and healthy, but neglect ourselves. We may not always mean to, but it happens. I have learned many things through the years to help me stay on track with my own health and beauty issues. I may not have always looked or felt the best, but have greatly improved my self confidence through the last 14 years. I am also a licensed cosmetologist and certified nutritionist. With my education, I thought what better than to help other moms just like you and me to achieve their health and beauty goals!
