Introduction	I was born in a little town of the Oriente Province, in Cuba.I like to read a lot. Reading is how I learned to speak English. The other things that I do (paint, write, sing and play guitar) I learned by myself, without any teachers. I lived in Cuba for 23 years, until I migrated to United States and I now reside in Brownsville, Tx. I have two sons and five grandchildren and...I almost forgot, a wife for 50 years! Nací un pequeño pueblito de la provincia de Oriente, en Cuba. Me gusta leer mucho. Leyendo fue como aprendí a hablar Inglés. Las otras cosas que hago (pintar, escribir, cantar y tocar guitarra) las aprendí por mi cuenta, sin ningún maestro. Viví en Cuba por 23 años hasta que emigré a los Estados Unidos y ahora resido en Brownsville, Texas. Tengo dos hijos y cinco nietos...ah y, por poco se me olvida, una esposa por 50 años!
Interests	I like to do oil paintings. I also like to sing boleros accompanied by my guitar.I have written seven books. I'm an incurable romantic.

Favorite music	The Platters, Roy Orbison, The Everly brothers. Also Benny Moré, Olga Guillot and all oldies.
Favorite books	Inés del alma mía, El Mañana, Yo! Masonic books.
