Introduction	I think bosses must be very knowledgeable about the affairs of their companies. Without the delegation of responsibilities and empowerments to their charges, their companies or institutions will only operate superficially; the resultant lack of both initiative and pro-active discipline will prevail. Employees will only 'work-to-rule' and is in essence the meaning of 'tidak apa' attitude.
