Introduction	I graduated from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill in 2007 with degrees in Journalism and Political Science. I was living and working in Boston for 2 years after that. I recently moved to Tucson as part of the Young Adult Volunteer program through PC-USA and worked at the Community Food Bank for year-long program. I learned ways to stand up for my beliefs in social justice issues, from sustainable food to living simply, in my daily actions. For the next chapter in my life, I truly became Holly Golightly-- I left my farming roots and moved to New York to follow my dreams with cat(s)! I am enrolled in NYU's Food Systems master's program and spend my time as a bohemian in the West Village (or hosting extravagant dinner parties in my Brooklyn apartment). I am excited to share everything I am learning about food politics and food culture, and hope you'll share your own experiences with food as well!
