| Introduction | This blog follows the construction of my HO scale model railroad which loosely follows the Freemo standards and is based on railroading in southern Ontario, particularly my favorite roadway, the Ontario Northland Railway. My modeling centers around the idea that the ONR expanded into the Ottawa River Valley in the 1970's. The model railroad follows typical operations of the prototype Ontario Northland Railway and uses industries which can be found in Ontario or Quebec, or industries I have worked for. |
