| Introduction | I am an Italian woman - a wife of a theology professor for 40 years, a mother of 2 (3 counting my DIL) and a grandmother of 2 - love them all to bits!! I grew up in Baltimore,and attended Catholic schools for 16 years. I have a BA in English Literature and I have taught high school English lit and theology and grade school music. I was called to music ministry, which I love, and have been fortunate enough to have served the same praying community for 30 years! | Favorite Music | Folk music has been my passion for the better part of my life! I love the popular and folk music of the 60s and 70s, I love Gershwin and classical ballet music, music of the classical era, the opera Carmen and the contemporary (if that is still the proper term) liturgical music of Michael Joncas (especially), Marty Haugen, David Haas and Dan Schutte. |
