| Introduction | Ironic that my profile photo is an espresso. But what can you do when an Italian waiter stares at you blankly when you ask for English Breakfast tea? Panic and stammer out the first Italian-sounding word that comes to mind, of course. Then add 3 sugar cubes, enough milk to sink the Titanic and hey presto, you've got a calorie-loaded, bitter, hyperactivity inducing drink. At 8pm. |
