Introduction	Hi Guys, My name is Steve and I live in Sunderland, England. I first visited Thailand back in April of 2008. That trip changed my life forever. I have since returned several times and in May of this year I was married to my Thai wife Janny. Following our marriage I returned to the UK alone and started compiling a settlement visa application for my wife to come and join me in the UK. I had the idea to start this blog as a kind of diary to track the process over the months that follow before I return to Thailand to submit our application. I also intend to use it to post about the day to day issues which we face and anything else on a Thai related theme. Hopefully this will be of help to others going through, or thinking of starting the same process. Thanks for reading Steve
