Introduction	I've been around for a while, call me "mature" in age. Been a technical geek sort of guy for a long time. I wish there were a loving, participating god(s), but I have been unable to find any repeatable empirical evidence to support the concept - it's all stories & no substance. "Faith" doesn't satisfy me anymore.
Interests	A student of many things, master of a few. My interests are more than I can give proper attention to, so my attention cycles around to what is most appealing at the moment. My evergrowing interest list includes: raising children, relationships, history of religions (especially Christianity), studying why people "need" religion, technology (I'm cursed with the Early Adopter Syndrome), PCs, Blackberry, Internet, cellphone modding, photography, etc., ...
Favorite movies	One Flew over the Cuckoos Nest, Blazing Saddles, Young Dr. Frankenstein, anything Monty Python, No Place for Old Men, Letters from Iwo Jima, Bible Camp (which exposes Xian child emotional abuse), To Kill a Mockingbird,
Favorite books	anything by Dawkins, Sam Harris, the "bible" (studying how in the hell it got to us the way it is now formed),
