Introduction	I am a third year Ph.D in the Educational Leadership and Policy Studies department focusing on Higher Education Administration. After six years as a Director of College Diversity at a small private Catholic college, I felt it was time to go back to school. So here I am as a student again. During my first year of blogging, the focus of this blog was for two classes I took in the Agricultural Education department: AEE 5984: Leading Social Change and LDRS 5464: Leadership in a Global Society. Last year, I blogged for my LDRS 5454: Leadership in a Diverse Context course. This year, I am blogging for my GRAD course on Diversity in a Global Society. Happy Reading!!
