Introduction	I'm in my mid-twenties and for the last three years have been wondering what now for our military family and friends? While living in Connecticut as a graduate student studying Marriage and Family Therapy I came to find there is a crater sized disconnect between the mental health field and those who serve in camo and at home. I am here to listen, acknowledge and actually act -- my field is constantly evolving and this is the time and place to learn and work for and with those serving out country abroad and at home. Closing the gap hopefully, one blog post at a time.
