Introduction• In the 1950’s I cleared land for family homesteaded in Tuxedni Bay. As an EE major I programmed the clock for the ionosphere research transmitter for the future HAARP project. • 1963 taught at Sheldon Jackson College Sitka and worked at radio KIFW.. • 1965 purchased 45-foot yacht, My Lady of the Rivers in Chicago and traveled the length of the Mississippi River • In 1974 I bought the 76-foot Mary M and in 1977 ran it to Seattle and back to Alaska and install a new D-342 Caterpillar weighing 9000 pounds. I installed jog steering and designed the autopilot. • I fished king crab 23-years catching over three million pounds and an equal amount of tanner crab. I harvested thousands of tons of herring, cod, shrimp, halibut and salmon.. Owned and flew four airplanes. • I did more than 100 national radio talk shows. • My wife, Mary of 40 years and I own the 42-foot boat BRISK and fish set net sites. • Owned four plans accumulating about 2000 hours. • Currently I play piano for the Kenai and Soldotna Senior Centers and Churches. • Currently I am author of twelve books . www.GuardDogBooks.com
