| Introduction | I think fiber is all the things, people and experiences that make up all the layers of who we are. God, family, faith, friends, and from what we eat to what we do, are all the bits of the fiber that makes me who I am. I was encouraged to start a blog to share my recent journey to health. It is one that has amazed me with new knowledge, friends, fabulous eating, and ultimately much improved health. No longer is cholesterol medication necessary, and my fibromyalgia pain is remarkably reduced, sometimes even gone! I keep dropping the pounds and have more energy than I know what to do with! My first post on the blog talks about my "new start." My passions in life, besides my family and friends, are knitting, photography and gardening. |
