| Introduction | Over the last several years, we have had the wonderful opportunity to work with many clients along the eastern seaboard. In January of 2000, we accepted the challenge of opening our office/studio in Virginia Beach specializing in custom architectural design, where we have had the good fortune to work with clients who have allowed us liberal creative flexibility. This September, we will have reached our 13th anniversary. From conception to completion, our project list includes medical, educational, office, financial, restaurant and retail work of several substantial sized businesses. In the past year, our firm has been diligent in developing office building and retail space for several developers. We have also been able to begin planning of several large-scale residential developments at Oceanview in Norfolk. Recently we completed the renovation of the work on Four Square Retail and Towncenter Retail both the first LEED Certified projects in the Tidewater area. Ionic DeZign Studios can provide services from initial programming, planning, design, construction documentation, specifications and construction management; producing a turn-key product for our clients’ needs. |
