| Introduction | I have stumbled upon the fountian of youth! I know. I can't believe it. Still in shock. It is, of course, the hot sweaty yoga that is making me feel younger, stronger and more confident. I'm also a proud mama of a gorgeous daughter who I don't see much anymore ever since she got her drivers liscense and entered college. She's a lot cooler than I was at her age. I like this. |
