| Introduction | Before I became a writer, I was a RN practitioner. My specialty was psych. By my mid-thirties when I decided that most of us on this side of the nurse's station were at least as skewed up as those standing on the other side, I left. Besides, I had 3 kids, 7 and under, and I didn't have to work. Or so I thought. Another story, entirely. I'm publishing a novel soon, one of three I penned when I thought I had all that time to learn my craft. Writers are not without error. But I did learn.
