| Introduction | PARQUE DA TERRA NOVA is a privately owned shelter for dogs at risk. More than 100 dogs with special needs, or that were once abandoned, neglected, or victims of cruelty, are permanent residents at P.T.N. The concept of our organization is to provide physical, psychological and emotional well-being to the dogs in our care, to which our aim is to ensure a high quality of life. This concept makes of P.T.N. a shelter with unique characteristics. Our concurrent mission is to constantly promote campaigns of awareness to the ethic, respectful, and responsible treatment and custody (ownership) of pets – because IRRESPONSIBILITY KILLS! |
