| Introduction | Ok so I guess I need to put a few things in here cuz there have been questions. Im a thirty something single mommy...I started this blog at the prompting of a therapist, MiMi, to write out (vs. talk out) all my stuff...In the prologue of Sue Monk Kidd's The Mermaid Chair is the line: "They say you can bear anything if you can tell a story about it." These are my stories. Here is my cast of characters: the Pea: my baby girl, my whole world. DxH: ex-husb,baby daddy. Smash: sistah & BFF...wicked smaht, way fun, my rock, my soul mate, always there for me. J: Smash's hubby. JJ, Boo, & MrMan: Smash's baby boys. Bean: Smash's baby girl. Youngest: our baby sister. TheGuy: the love of my life. HawaiiMom, Booya, JD, Dude, DrCox, Partyman, Jojo, Sexylegs & Betty: my pals...they talk me off the ledge, explain guy stuff, make me laugh, let me cry, and are always there with a shoulder. |
