Introduction	Ciao, ciao all! This blog is meant to serve as a personal account of my time serving as an "Economic Development" volunteer with the U.S. Peace Corps in the East African nation of Uganda. Service is set for Feb. 10th, 2008 - April 23rd, 2010, though, a specific site for my work in-country has yet to be determined. Aside from my primary assignment, I'll be working on a secondary research project to fulfill my final requirements for an MA with the University Of Denver Graduate School Of International Studies. Life's been a tremendous journey thus far and I have no complaints! I hope to use these coming years with Peace Corps to tie together a vast number of personal and professional experiences, as I prepare for a career with USAID or State. Any input on the blog is welcome and greatly appreciated. In the wise words of one Pat Benatar, "Hit me with your best shot." In the mean time keep living the dream and if you’re not doing anything I hear Uganda's nice this time of year ... really anytime of year.
