| Introduction | I grew up in rural Kentucky. In 1992, I moved to Bowling Green, KY to attend college at WKU. (Go TOPS!) I have a BS and MA from WKU in Middle Grade Education. After marrying Mark in 1997, we lived in BG for 3 years until taking the scenic route to Nashville via Raleigh, NC, where we lived for 2 years. We loved the area, but didn't like living apart. In 2002, we moved closer to home--Nashville, TN. In 2006, our son,Caleb from Korea, came home to us via Chicago, IL. He was 15 months at the time. God truly blessed us with an AWESOME boy!! In Sept 2009, we began the adoption journey to bring Samson and Asher home. Samson became our son on Feb. 16, 2009 and we will meet him March 22, 2010. While we ended up switching referrals, it's all GOD's perfect will and timing. Samuel Asher came home December 18, 2010. |

| Favorite books | I usually read certain authors--John Maxwell, Terri Blackstock, Dee Henderson. Now that I am back in graduate school, I will only be reading textbooks.... |
