Introduction	My life has led to a '21st century nomad' way of living. It is not uncommon for me to travel through 6 states within a month. This leads to interesting rendezvous and a hunger for wonderful food. Each area has it's own flavor and I am on a mission to try it all. If the saying, "you are what you eat," proves to be true.
