| Introduction | I am a Jill of Many Trades... I am an occupational therapist, specializing in breast cancer rehabilitation. I am also a massage therapist, personal trainer, integrative health counselor (nutrition) and yoga instructor. I am the owner of One Touch Wellness, Inc. and have been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years and have loved every minute of it! I traveled a lot while growing up (over 30 states before the age of 12), but I have slowed down in both frequency and diversity as an adult... probably something to do with money and responsibilties. Now, I'm on the road again- coming to a spa, yoga studio or marathon near you! |
