| Introduction | I'm a mother of 3 (2 boys and a girl). I have always loved baking and eating of course. I have been admiring for quite some time now photos of fondant/ sugarpaste cakes on the web. It's my daughter's birthday in a few weeks time so I thought to myself "why not try making a fondant birthday cake".
