| Introduction | This blog has been a long time coming. Years ago I thought about starting one for therapeutic interventions, resources and observations in the field. Recently, I've begun a new chapter in my life as I'm finishing school to be a nutritional therapy practitioner and continuing to work as a mental health therapist. The plan for this blog is going to encompass my passion in helping others, helping them find their answers within, change behaviors and getting healthy, my love of Crossfit and creating, cooking and eating nutrient dense foods / recipes along with being mentally strong.
