Introduction	I'm currently studying Chemistry at the University of Durham, where in my spare time I'm a keen baker! I love to bake, especially Fairy cakes (aka Cupcakes) which is what I got my name for (amongst other things, but we won't go into those). I was recently given a large number of fairy cake recipes, of which I want to try 155 (at first count)! Follow me on here for the ups and downs of this cake marathon!
