| Introduction | Known in Scout's travels as Scout's mom, I am a Network Television Producer and Correspondent by day and a seeker and a treasure hunter by night. I have always been an adrenaline junkie slash fashionista. After exploring the globe with National Geographic as their Adventure Reporter and a year and a half stint living in Baghdad Iraq, I returned to the States and got pregnant with my glorious daughter. The dismal economy and the shrinking of the network television news world inspired me to turn my thrift-y creativity in to a lucrative business. Who knew how expensive it can be to clothe your fashionable children? Well it doesn't have to be. I gave up jumping out of airplanes and dodging rockets, mortars, and land mines for the adrenaline-inducing pursuits of finding great bargains and turning them in to inspired, stylish, fashion statements. |
