Introduction	I born on the island Saaremaa. For secondary education I left to the Nõo Real Gymnasium. After this I continue my studies in the Tartu University applied mathematics (graduate 1988). My first jobs was in the civil engineer companies, after this I start my own company to produce program for statical construction calculations for buildings (Computer Aided Design & Engineering). On the Internet-boom years I work in IT Meedia Ltd creating and leading several government web-projects. Last years I have been working on Geographical Information System projects.
