About me

Introduction My name is Tanya and welcome to my vegetable recipes website! About a year ago, it dawned on me that being overweight (a nicer way to say obese) had a very negative impact on my life, and my outlook in life. Every waking day was depressing, I felt lazy, un-energetic, and very heavy. So I decided to do something about it. I vowed to change my diet, (which previously consisted of mainly red meats), and do daily excercises. I felt that a big part of my weight loss was due to my new eating habits, and so it is my pleasure to share with you weight watchers my recipes! Eating right doesn’t have to mean eating bland!
