| Introduction | I am a Unitarian Universalist minister. My partner and I have been happily together since June 15 1986 and I can't imagine life without him. Each of us has grown children and grandchildren. Together, 6 children and 10 grandchildren. But around our home it's the patter of dog feet that keeps us moving. 2 dogs - 100+ lb. each. Peter the Great (Pete) was born in late November 2003, half Chow Chow half German Shepherd. Marcus Aurelius (Marcus) was born in late September 2006, half Malinois half Golden Retriever. We got Pete from a rescue group at 10 weeks and Marcus from a no-kill shelter at 9 months. Pete's our alpha; Marcus is a fraidy cat; and they can't get too much love and affection! |
