| Introduction | I want to be a nurse, and then (when I meet him), wife to my tall mysterious man-- then mommy to his kids! But through all of my dreams/goals my purpose is to be a strong, courageous woman of God, whose life points to Jesus vibrantly and unashamedly. My dream house is a cabin in the west. I am a cowgirl at heart (boots go with everything) and I sometimes pretend I am a Sackett maiden. I am the girl with Jane Austen, Agatha Christie and Miss Eyre in my backpack when I hike. I love tea strainers and Beatrix Potter. I love running and writing, poetry and pie-baking, fishing and skeet shooting, traveling and singing. I am fond of putting my nurse face on, rolling up my sleeves, and fixing up my patients! I am passionate about pro-life ministry. Some things I have yet to do, but will do someday? Bungee jump, climb Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Denali, sing the the National Anthem at a sporting event, thru-hike the WCP and go to a 3rd-world country to do medical missions. |
