| Introduction | For the first time, I am blogging about my art. The kids have left home and thanks to the bad economy, I have retired from work. It has taken me a year to feel not guilty about not contributing to the income. Many times, I have waffled back and forth about looking for work but at the same time, I am needed to appear in some of my family's lives every now and then, to help out. My wonderful husband has tried to assure me that for now, things seem to be going alright and that if I want to, I can just take care of the house. BUT, he added that I should never forget the talent that I have in me and now, it may well be the time to pursue it. So, here I am in a different phase of my life. As a result from staying home after a year and more, I have been able to paint and rediscover myself. Welcome to my blog! |
