| Introduction | I specialize in utility, procurement, energy, real property, corporate, probate, and appellate law. After becoming a member of the New York State Bar, in 1994, I spent many years as a law clerk working for judges in New York City. In 1998, I clerked for then-Presiding Judge Edward Manibusan at the Superior Court of the CNMI, and I returned in 2005 to clerk for Justice John A. Manglona at the Supreme Court of the CNMI. I opened my practice in 2007, and went in house to the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation from January, 2011 to July, 2012.
