About me

Gender Male
Location CA, United States
Introduction I am just a boy. The older I get the more I try to hold onto that. Unfortunately, this does nothing for those around me. I don't mind being a bit immature at times though I have a high sense of responsibility and work ethic. It is just good to josh around and have some fun. I am sarcastic; which many people find off-putting. I think it is endearing; as in, if you don't find it endearing then you don't get the joke (or you are the joke). I have two bachelor degrees. The first I got on purpose: Bachelor of Science in Geology with an Interdisciplinary Science minor. The second was sort of an accident: Bachelor of Arts in English with a Philosophy minor (long story, or at least a short one I don't want to tell). I have been and wish I still was involved in the SCA. If you don't know what that is then you should look it up. I had fun participating in various ways but most of all through rapier fighting.
Interests Photography, Camping, Hiking, Geology, Planetary Science, SCA
Favorite Movies Groundhog Day, Fools Rush In (FRI), Knight's Tale, King Arthur, Fifth Element, Pan's Labyrinth, Roman Holiday, What Dreams May Come, Garden State, V for Vendetta, and too many more to name
Favorite Music ecclectic tastes, starting around the time of 80's pop and punk, a little of the Beatles and various older groups, lots of folk (especially British/Celtic), some country, some hip-hop and rap... but no "Death Metal"
Favorite Books Count of Monte Cristo by Alexander Dumas, The Kitty series by Carrie Vaughn, Cosmos by Carl Sagan, On The Shoulders of Giants edited by Stephen Hawking, Night by Elie Wiesel, The Bachman Books by Stephen King, The Harry Potter Series by JK Rowling, and as nerdy as it sounds; I love my science textbooks
