Introduction	Like so many others, I am obsessed with food. I love to read about it, pour over pictures of it, cook it and, of course, EAT it. I learned to cook just so I could eat better. The funny part is that I am actually somewhat organized when it comes to food, unlike most parts of the rest of my life. I plan my weekly menu, buy groceries from a list based on that menu and I am constantly trying out new recipes. My friends complain that they can't seem to plan ahead for the week. I love sharing a good recipe and figured this blog would be a great way to combine my obsession with food and my friends' limited planning ability and provide some tried and true guidance. I hope you enjoy eating these wonderful dishes as much as I did.
