| Introduction | Mr.Thompson is a fresh voice, an emerging leader, and a scholar. He is founder and president of one of the most dynamic inspirational organizations today, Motivate A Nation. He is also founder of another important effort, The wounded Heart Project. Motivate A Nation is a motivational organization that takes the most current and pressing issues of the day to any venue to which it is called. It motivates its audience to handle the effects of those issues through individual and collective empowerment. The Wounded Heart Project addresses the effects of war on individuals and society. It is a human rights effort inspired by the realities of war and conflict in the Middle East, Africa, and other places around the world. One of Mr. Thompson's recent and more compelling sources of inspiration has been Martin Meredith's 2005 book published by Public Affairs, entitled: The Fate of Africa: From the Hopes of Freedom to the Heart of Despair: A History of 50 Years of Independence. More information will soon be available if you would like to learn more about Thompson's Wounded Heart Project, or if you are interested in booking Mr.Thompson to speak at your next event. |
