| Introduction | I am a 31 year old executive at a large international company I worked very hard to climb the coorporate ladder and did not pay very much attention to my health throughout college, or during my career. I realized a few months ago I was not happy with myself. I had a wonderful family and was living the American dream yet I had no energy and no motivation in my life. That was the day I decided to start taking care of me. I began with removing all animal protiens from my life and the instant change I felt in my life was incredible. Shortly after that I started training to run a 5k and even though I am far from my goal I feel the task getting easier every day.
